Peter Jamar, representing the owners ofthe proposed Vail Valley Center project, asked Mr. Fritze to give an overview. He reiterated he is supportive of this intergovernmental agreement. He made clarifications in the IGA. Bart Johnson reviewed the suggested language for the agreement. He wants to include that the Town does not have unilateral denial rights.
