DESCRIPTION:
A Parcel of land located in Section 4, Township 5 South, Range 84 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian, Town of Eagle, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
also known as, Lot 9, Eagle Hills Subdivision, according to the Plat recorded
August 29, 1980 in Book 307 Page 866 at the Office of the Clerk and
Recorder, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 being the Point of Beginning,
also being the Southeast corner of Lot 34, Kaibab Subdivision, Filing 2, and a
point on Green Mountain Drive, from which a easterly angle point of said Lot
9 and westerly angle point of Green Mountain Drive bears S31'53'18 "W and
being the Basis of Bearings for the following: Thence S31'53'18 "W 158.95 feet
to a point; Thence S50.4627 "W 189.76 feet to a point; Thence N81'27'09W
816.48 feet to a point; Thence N00'53'46E 187.62 feet to a point; Thence
S87'00'55 "E 1036.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 5.028 acres
more or less.
