RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 97 -84 an
APPROVAL OF ZONE DISTRICT AMENDMENT
FOR SOPRIS MESA SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 97 -84 signed on the 17th day of June, 1997, the
Eagle County Board of Commissioners ( "Board ") adopted a Resolution Approving the Zone
District Amendment for Sopris Mesa Subdivision property which property is more fully
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
WHEREAS, based upon review of the application materials, staff reports, and the
minutes of the BOCC for File ZC- 00004, the Board finds that the zoning designation for the
property referred to in Resolution No. 97 -84 is incorrect.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners wishes to amend Resolution
No. 97 -84 and change the AR (Agricultural Residential) zoning designation to AL (Agricultural
Limited).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Sopris Mesa Subdivision property zoned as Agricultural Residential
be amended to Agricultural Limited:
THAT, all other provisions of Resolution No. 97 -84 shall remain in force and
effect.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is
necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State
of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado at its regular meeting held the /,,day of
