COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2oos-R
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to c.R.S. 30-28-117 , the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board"), is authorized to make
appointments to the Eagle County Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not
legally bound for the respective terms of appointment of designation as specified herein below,
the County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add,
or abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies as it sees fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following to serve as an associate
member of the Eagle County Zoning Board of Adjustment for the term set to expire in March,
2006.
Michael Metcalf (associate member)
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following to serve as regular
members of the Eagle County Zoning Board of Adjustment for the term set to expire in March
2007.
Debbie Marquez (regular member)
Chris Juergens (regular member)
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following to serve as regular
members of the Eagle County Zoning Board of Adjustment for the term set to expire in March
2008.

Robert Warner (regular member)
Diane Milligan (regular member)
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare ofthe residents ofthe County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, this S day of ~ ,2005.
