III • • 0 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL EXEMPT FROM OVERTIME PAY WHEREAS, there has been some confusion among Eagle County Employees as to who qualifies for paid overtime, and; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County desires to establish policy which will designate Professional, Technical and Supervisory positions which are exempt from overtime pay, and; WHEREAS, such action will allow for more efficient control and payment of over- time pay; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as of January 1, 1980, the following positions will be designated Professional, Technical and Supervisory and not eligible for paid overtime: Deputy Assessor Administrative Assistant Chief Appraiser Accountant Appraisor Animal Control Supervisor Deputy Clerk & Recorder ClerkIV Data Processing Manager Undersheriff Registered Nurse Deputy Sheriff Purchasing Agent /Personnel Director Jail Administrator Community Development Director Jailers Planner Deputy Treasurer Planning Technician Attorney Zoning Inspector Engineer Road Inspector Building Official Enviornmental Health Officer County Extension Agent Assistant Environmental Health Officer Landfill Supervisor Road and Bridge Supervisor Librarian Road and Bridge Foreman Assistant Librarian Library Technician Office Manager The aforementioned positions will be paid monthly salary only, as designated at time of hire, plus any raises earned during time of employment. • .. • 0 • 9 • ADOPTED, this 3rd day of December, 1979.
