HomeMy WebLinkAboutR80-70 Appropriation of Excess Interest EarningsRESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 80 - %eD SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF EXCESS INTEREST EARNINGS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, has identified various excess interest earnings in the fiscal year 1980; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to spend certain of these excess interest earnings in fiscal year 1980 with a resultant savings in fiscal year 1981 expenditures; and WHEREAS, the aforementioned excess interest earnings are presently available in the Eagle County General Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado. THAT the following appropriations be made from the excess interest earnings to allow the Animal Control Department to pay the balance due of the loan with the First Bank of Eagle, Eagle, Colorado on the Jeep pickup iJOM25NCO58890. BUDGET APPROPRIATION $3,054.50 To Animal Control Department THAT, the Administrative Assistant is hereby requested and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to all affected County Departments and offices and to the Officer of the County whose duty is to draw warrants or orders for the payment of money; THAT, the Administrative Assistant is hereby requested and directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Division of Local Governments in the Department of Local Affairs. THAT, the Board Finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY adopted at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, County o Eagle, State of Colorado, held this "31-=t day of 0--a-, 1980.
