Dear Sir:
Enclosed is a'copy of the Colorado Big Country
RCBD Constitution and Bylaws. This was approved
at the April 13, 1977, meeting of the Area -Wide
Executive Council, with the exception of Article IV,
which has been revised. We would encourage a review
of these Bylaws at your regular June meeting.
If these Bylaws meet with your approval, would you
please sign the enclosed sheet attesting to your
group's support and approval, and return to this
office by July 8, 1977. This signature is necessary
in order for'your group to remain as a sponsor.
We hope that each county has by now designated a
representative and alternate from your county .
committee to attend our next quarterly meeting in
Steamboat Springs on July 14. Would you please let
us know their names and addresses so we can send them
a copy of the agenda.for this meeting.
Enc.
Sincerely,
\ y
