This was approved at the April 13, 1977, meeting of the Area -Wide Executive Council, with the exception of Article IV, which has been revised. We would encourage a review of these Bylaws at your regular June meeting. If these Bylaws meet with your approval, would you please sign the enclosed sheet attesting to your group's support and approval, and return to this office by July 8, 1977. This signature is necessary in order for'your group to remain as a sponsor. We hope that each county has by now designated a representative and alternate from your county . committee to attend our next quarterly meeting in Steamboat Springs on July 14.
