F .00RDER DFc 30 F; A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY TREASURER TO TRANSFER MONIES WITHIN CERTAIN COUNTY FUNDS FOR 1982. WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 29- 1- 111 „5;:R;S, 1973, as amended, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado deem it necessary to direct the County Treasurer to make transfers of certain monies between certain funds for the purpose of maintaining adequate fund reserves for current and future anticipated expenditures from those funds so designated. NOW, THEREFORE, on the twenty ninth day of December, 1982, in Public Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners, 550 Broadway, Eagle,Colorado, the following transfers shall be authorized and directed as designated in Section 29- 1- 111.5, C.R.S., 1973, as amended, by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado. WHEREAS, certain expenditures not anticipated, have occurred within certain funds, the Treasurer of Eagle County is directed to make the following transfers: Section 1: THAT, a transfer of $269,473 from the P.I.L.T. fund be made into the Road and Bridge Fund. Section 2: THAT, a transfer of $8,992,34 be made from the U. S. Mineral Leasing Fund to the Road and Bridge Fund. Section 3: THAT, a transfer of $98,742,55 be made from the Forest Reserve Fund to the Road and Bridge Fund. Section 4: THAT, a transfer of $248,582 be made from the General Fund to the Road and Bridge Fund. Section 5: THAT, a transfer of $226,418 be made from the General Fund to the Public Works Fund. Section 6: THAT, a transfer of $2,500 be made from the Conservation Trust Fund to the General Fund. Section 7; THAT, a transfer totaling $256,684.49 be made from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund into the General Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado finds and declares these transfers to be necessary for the health, safety and public welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado. And further directs the County Administrator to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Division of Local Government in the State of Colorado. WHEREAS, this Resolution was duly published one time in a newspaper of general circulation within the territorial limits of Eagle County before being; READ, MOVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, held this 29th day of December, 1982.
