THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO

CONCERNING MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
hereinafter referred to as the "Board" desires to establish and publish a
schedule of their regular meeting days for 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners, County of
Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, pursuant to Section 30 -10 -103 C.R.S. 1973, as amended, the Board establishes
and adopts the following schedule of their regular meeting days for 1983: the
first Monday of each month, except for July, August, and September; the first
Wednesday of each month; the second and fourth Wednesday of each month; the
third Monday of each month, except for February; and the fourth Thursday of
each month, except for November.
THAT, the schedule established for regular meeting days of the Board shall be
published in newspapers of general circulation in the County of Eagle, Colorado
and at the District Courthouse, Eagle, Colorado;
THAT, such regular meetings shall be held in the Board of County Commissioner's
Room, McDonald Building, Eagle, Colorado;
THAT, the Board may hold such special or emergency meetings and adopt such pub-
lication procedure therefore as the public interest may, in the opinion of the
Board, require;
THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado held this day of
December, 1982.
