COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 93-
COMMENDATION AND RECOGNMON OF PUBLIC SERVICE
FOR
DONALD H. WELCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Board "), on behalf of the citizens of Eagle County, county officials
and employees, and of themselves, wish to express to Donald H. Welch, their acknowledgement
and appreciation for an admirable job well done; and
WHEREAS, Donald H. Welch has served as Commissioner on the Board of Eagle
County Commissioners from January 13, 1985 to January 12, 1993. He has served the citizens
of Eagle County as a sincere and dedicated county official; and
WHEREAS, Don has shown exceptional allegiance, diplomacy, leadership and
commitment to Eagle County and its citizens, employees, and other governmental entities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
1LSSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Donald H. Welch is hereby commended for his dedicated, enthusiastic public
service as Commissioner on the Board of Eagle County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado.
THAT, best wishes are extended to him for good health, prosperity and happiness in the
years to come.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be spread upon the public records
of the official proceedings of this Board, the original hereof shall be presented to Donald H.
Welch and a certified copy of this Resolution be preserved in the archives of the Countv of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 12th day of January, 1993.
