RE: Issuance of Individual Sewage Disposal System Repair Permit #2053R-00, Tax
Parcel #1941-341-01-003. Property Location: 0511 big Dipper Rd., Wolott, CO.,
Imber residence.
Enclosed is your ISDS Repair Permit #2053R-00. It is valid for 120 days. The enclosed copy of
the permit must be posted at the installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications
invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. If you have not been contracted to install
this system please contact Eagle County Environmental Health.
Also enclosed is the ISDS Final Inspection Completeness Form. The items on this form need
to be completed before you call for your final inspection. Also, please note any special
conditions which may have been placed on the permit. Do not back fill any part of the
installation until it has been inspected. If all items are not completed, a reinspection fee of
$42.50 must be paid before a reinspection is made.
Due to the onset of inclement weather, all installations must be completed
prior to Friday, December 1, 2000 in order for Eagle County Environmental
Health to perform a final inspection. In the event that inclement weather
interrupts your installation, please cover the installed components with
plastic sheeting so that they are not covered with snow and are visible for the
inspector. All field work will resume, weather permitting, on March 15, 2001.
Please call our office well in advance to allow for scheduling of final inspection. Your building
permit TCO will not be issued until final approval has been given for the ISDS Permit.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should be brought to the property
owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County requirements.

Dear John:
At the request of Mr. Keith Pearson from Silver Tip
Construction on October 21 and 27, 1994 we visited the construction
site on Lot 26, Bellyache Ridge Subdivision Filing No. 2, Eagle
County, Colorado for an inspection of . the septic system
installation.
The building sewer was 4 inch solid PVC, with a cleanout near
the first vertical bend.
The septic tank was 1,000 gallon, two compartment and it was
installed leveled. There were risers over both manholes.

The effluent pipe, from the tank to the leachfield was also 4
inch diameter solid PVC.
There were 4 trenches excavated into the light brown, silty
SAND with cobble and boulder size sandstone rock fragments. The
depth of the trenches ranged from 2 feet near the west property
line to roughly 4 feet near the east property line. There were 10
Infiltrator Chambers in each of the trenches. The rows of
Infiltrators were connected with a high level over flow
distribution at the top of.the 4th Infiltrator going from east to
west.
Cleanout ports were installed in the last Infiltrator in each
of the rows.

The septic system was installed in general compliance with the
Septic System Design as shown on the plan, Project No. 94305E, last
revised August 16, 1994.
Copy of this letter must be submitted to the Eagle County
Environmental Health Division prior to the request for Occupancy
Permit.

Re: Septic System Site Evaluation
Lot 26, Bellyache Ridge Filing No. 2

Dear John:
As requested we have evaluated potential site on Lot 26,
Bellyache Ridge Filing No. 2, Eagle County, Colorado for absorption
disposal of the septic tank effluent.
The selected site is about 70 feet north and downhill from the
foundation excavation. All the trees have been cleared from the
proposed leachfield area. The topography within this area is
moderate with about 26 percent slope to the north.
Three percolation tests were performed and the test results
were as follows:

8.3 min/inch 71.4 min/inch 50.0 min/inch
Percolation rate of 60 minutes per inch was selected for
design purposes.
In addition several borings and a test pit were excavated
around the proposed leachfield. The soil encountered consisted of
very little Topsoil over clayey SAND with angular rock fragments.
The depth to firm bedrock varied from 5 to 7 feet.
The selected site, according to the Eagle County Requirements
for an Individual Subsurface Disposal System, is suitable with some
restrictions.

Trench type configuration should be used for the leachfield.
Also if the bottom of the trenches is too rocky, a minimum of a 6
inch layer of clean gravel would have to be used in the bottom of
each trench.
