RE: Issuance of Individual Sewage Disposal System Permit #2037-00, Tax Parcel
#2391-284-07-017. Property Location: 0411 Fox Run Drive, El Jebel, CO.,
Cothelstone Properties residence.
Enclosed is your ISDS Permit #2037-00. It is valid for 120 days. The enclosed copy of the
permit must be posted at the installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications invalidates
the permit unless otherwise approved. If you have not been contracted to install this system
please contact Eagle County Environmental Health.
Also enclosed is the ISDS Final Inspection Completeness Form. The items on this form need
to be completed before you call for your final inspection. Also, please note any special
conditions which may have been placed on the permit. Do not back fill any part of the
installation until it has been inspected. If all items are not completed, a reinspection feed of
$42.50 must be paid before a reinspection is made.
Due to the onset of inclement weather, all installations must be completed
prior to Friday, December 1, 2000 in order for Eagle County Environmental
Health to perform a final inspection. In the event that inclement weather
interrupts your installation, please cover the installed components with
plastic sheeting so that they are not covered with snow and are visible for the
inspector. All field work will resume, weather permitting, on March 15, 2001.
Please call our office well in advance to allow for scheduling of final inspection. Your building
permit TCO will not be issued until final approval has been given for the ISDS Permit.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should be brought to the property
owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County requirements.

Dear Laura,
This letter is to facilitate the final inspection on the septic
system at 411 Fox Run Drive in El Jebel. As per your
instructions, I am enclosing a copy of the invoice from
Grand Junction Pipe for the 1500 gallon septic tank,
along with the pictures you requested. The pictures show the
couplings we put on the inspection portal risers as you
sugguested along with the grade rings we installed on
the septic tank. Also I want to assure you that we raked
the sides of the trench as you requested and leveled out line
4 as you noted and requested.
