FRITZE, ATTORNEY -IN -FACT TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, AN AMENDMENT TO SAID CONTRACT 3®6476 A3LE CT Y. REC0Aii) APR I 3 50 PM '85 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, on March 25, 1985, adopted Resolution No. 85 -25 authorizing the execution of a contract to exchange land, authorizing execution and delivery of deed for said exchange, and also authorizing James R. Fritze to act as attorney -in -fact for the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,. State of Colorado; and WHEREAS, subsequent to th, No. 85 -25, the surveyor retained by legal descriptions for the property and said revised legal descriptions marked as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and and preparation of Resolution the County has revised the relative to said contract are attached hereto and Exhibit C, respectively; WHEREAS, the parties have orally agreed through their respective attorneys James R. Fritze and Robert Holmes to amend the contract to reflect the substitution of Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C attached to the contract authorized by Resolution No. 85 -25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT JAMES R. FRITZE, ATTORNEY -IN -FACT FOR THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, IS AUTHORIZED BY THIS �a RESOLUTION: IN ADDITION TO THE POWER GRANTED IN RESOLUTION NO. 85 - -25 to execute an amendment of the contract altering the closing date and substituting Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C attached hereto for those originally attached to the contract.
