ZONE DISTRICT AMENDMENT - Chambers Parcels II
FILE NO: - PD- 266 -87 -P
WHEREAS, Loren Chambers did file an application with
the Eagle County Department of Community Development on or about
January 15, 1987, to rezone the herein described property in
Eagle County from Resource Zone District to P.U.D. Zone
District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
on April 28, 1987; and
WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits,
study of the Master Plan for the unincorporated areas of Eagle
County, comments of the Eagle County Department of Community
Development, comments of public officials and agencies, the
recommendation of the Eagle County Planning Commission, and
comments from all interested parties, the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, finds
as follows:

1. That proper publication and public notice was
provided as required by law for the hearing before the Planning
Commission and the Board of County Commissioners.
2. That the area for which the rezoning is requested
has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the
public interest to encourage a new use or density in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT the petition of Loren Chambers, File Number
PD- 266 -87 -P, for a zoning amendment change from Resource Zone
District to P.U.D. Zone District be and is hereby approved for
the following described unincorporated area of Eagle County:
See attached Exhibit "A" for legal description
THAT the Board of County Commissioners directs the
Director of the Department of Community Development to enter
this amendment on the appropriate page of the Official Zone
District Map and record the change in the office of the Eagle
County Clerk and Recorder.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
meeting held the day of 1927

Eagle County, Colorado
A parcel of land located in Tract 66D and Tract 67, Township
4 South, Range 84 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, lying
northerly of Interstate 70 right -of -way, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at Angle Point 7 of said Tract 66D, being the same
as Angle Point 2 of said Tract.67;
thence N. 890 58' 00" W. 796.92 feet along the northerly line
of said Tract 66D;
thence S. 180 20' 30" W. 765.79 feet to the northerly right -
of -way line of said Interstate 70;
thence the following 8 courses along said northerly right -of-
way line:
1) S. 770 41' 54" E. 162.24 feet;
2) S. 77° 30' 56" E. 88.87 feet;
3) Along a non - tangent curve to the left having a radius of
1684.90 feet, an arc distance of 914.7 feet, and a Long
Chord of 903.5 feet bearing N. 830 27' 00" E;
4) S. 84° 25' 30" E. 102.5 feet;
5) N. 600 59' 30" E. 226.9 feet;
6) N. 68° 34' 15" E. 113.9 feet;
7) N. 50° 43' 15" E. 288.2 feet;
8) N. 49° 15' 00" E. 537.4 feet to the northerly line of
said Tract 67;
thence N. 890 53' 10" W. 1141.48 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 27.85 acres, more or less.
