HomeMy WebLinkAboutR87-26 Application of Vail Associates Creating Tract U Beaver Creek PUDGates Commissioner =Weizelr moved adoption of the following Resolution: r. • : ; � • • a.�M • ulu • tI ; COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 87 - CR IN RE THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF VAIL ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR A TYPE A MINOR SUBDIVISION, CREATING TRACT U, ELEVENTH FILING, BEAVER CREEK PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - FILE NO. SM- 484 -87 WHEREAS, on or about January 19, 1987, the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, accepted for filing an application submitted by Vail Associates, Inc. (hereinafter "Applicant ") for a Type A Minor Subdivision, creating Tract U, Eleventh Filing, Beaver Creek Planned Unit Development (hereinafter "the Subdivision "), File No. SM- 484 -87; and WHEREAS, at its public hearing of February 18, 1987, the Planning Commission, based upon its findings, recommended approval of the proposed Subdivision; and WHEREAS, its regular hearing of March 10, 1987, the Board considered the Application as well as evidence in the form of testimony and exhibits introduced and admitted into the record; and WHEREAS, the Board took notice of and considered all evidence in the form of sworn testimony and exhibits introduced and admitted into the record at its regular hearing on February 24, 1987, related to the amendment of the Beaver Creek Planned Unit Development, File No. PD- 100- 87 -A4. Based on the evidence before it, THE BOARD FINDS AS FOLLOWS: The proposed minor subdivision plan, File No. SM- 484 -87, as submitted by Vail Associates, Inc., conforms to the final plat requirements and other applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines, including the Beaver Creek P.U.D. Guide. The land to be subdivided has adequate access, and can be adequately serviced by water and sewage disposal systems. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the application of Vail Associates, Inc., for a Type A Minor Subdivision, Tract U, Eleventh Filing, Beaver Creek Planned Unit Development, be and is hereby approved subject, however, to the following conditions: 1. Site specific geology and soils report is to be completed for engineered foundations prior to issuance of building permits. 2. Landscaping, parking, trash removal, snow removal, and access are to comply with the Beaver Creek P.U.D. Guide, 83 -60 Exhibit "B" and all other Beaver Creek Control Documents. THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of the County of Eagle State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the d day of March, 1987, nunc pro tunc March 10, 1987.
