Box 366 Avon, CO 81620 Dear Guy & JiIh RE: Inspection of Septic System Installation Lot 2, SWIM, NW1/4, Section 21, 72S, R84W Eagle County, Colorado Projest'No.9789-Permit No. 179498 At the request of Jerry from 1AM9's Excavation, Inc.,..on July 17, 1999, we visited the construction site on Lot 2, SWIM, NWl/4, Section 21; T2S, R84W, near Burns, Eagle County, Colorado. The purpose of our site visit was to observe the installation of ibes septic system. The installed part of the system, observed during our site visit, consisted of the septic tank, one trench of infiltrators, and the building sewer from the garage to the tank with a stubout for the main residence. Also, installed was a clenout at the garage. The rerw finder of the installation was done and recorded with photographs by Long's excavWon. They mailed to us, as as -built of the installed system, accompanied by photographs of the installed system before baakfilling. Due to shallow bedrocks on the site, they dug profile holes at each trench. This was done to maintain the four -foot separation from the bedrock to the bottom of the trenches. As shown on the as -built sketch, they constructed four trenches with infiltrators. The fast two had 13 infiltrators each, the third had 10 and the fourth had eight. They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 9789SD.DWG, dated May 8, 1998.
