After reviewing them with Heather Savalox, the Health Specialist who did the final inspection of the remaining portion of the system, it was determined that the following additional information is needed: The size of the tank is difficult to determine from a photograph, so an invoice indicating the capacity will be needed. 2. Also, as with any installation, we need to verify the location of the tank with distance measurements from the house to the tank and cleanout, and in which direction the leach field is located and how far away from the tank it is. These measurements are taken to verify the location of all of the components of the entire system and become part of the permanent record for your property. 3. On the site plan drawn by the inspector at the final inspection of the leach field and tank for the caretaker unit, the future stub -in for the main house was indicated. We need to know how far down the effluent line that connection was made, and how far away the leach field is located. I am including the site plan that Heather drew, and the one you submitted with your application, so that you may indicate on either one where the above items are located.
