THIS RESOLUTION made thisQ'Stq day of 49-41)-- ,
1972 , by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County
Colorado,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS , Grant G. Teeple and Carolyn B. Teeple are
presently the owners of Lots 2 and 3 , Block 7, Vail Inter-
mountain Development Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado;
WHEREAS , certain utility and drainage easements
were dedicated upon the plat of Block 7 , Vail intermountai
Development Subdivision, in the following language :
"An easement 15 ' in width consisting of

for use of public and private utilities and

WHEREAS, such plat was approved by the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County on September 9 , 1971
and filed in the Eagle County recorder's office at Book
221 , pa <. ')/Y Recepr.iDz. . -17227;
WHEREAS, a portion (hereinafter referred to as
"the easement to be vacated") of the easement:.. _s) dedicated
was that 5 ' easement existing on both sides of the boundaries
of Lots 2 and 3;
WHEREAS, the easement to be vacated is not now and
411 has never in the past been used, and adequate alternative

WHEREAS , such owners have requested the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County to vacate the aforesaid
portion of such easement;
WHEREAS, the proposed vacation of said easement has
been submitted to and approved by the Eagle County Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
proper and desirable to vacate such easement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereafter
described portion of the utility and drainage easement re-
serve
d on the plat of Block 7, Vail Intermountain Development
Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado, be and hereby is vacated,
to wit:
That utility and drainage easement
reserved on the plat of Block. 7, Vail Inter-
mountain Development Subdivision, County of
Eagle and State of Colorado, existing on both
sides of the boundary between Lots 2 and 3 in
such block.

My clients , Mr. and Mrs . Grant G. Teeple, are the owners of
Lots 2 and 3, Block 7 , Vail Intermountain Development Sub-
division. Mr. and Mrs . Teeple desire to build their home
on the lot line separating these two lots . However , the
Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision Declaration
provides for utility easements on all interior lot lines. .
In order for Mr. and Mrs . Teeple to build on the lot line
411 they will need preliminary approval from you for vacation
of the easement which they must then seek from the Eagle
County Commissioners .
Please signify your approval by signing in the space pro-
vided below and return the same to me in the enclosed
self-addressed, stamped envelope.
