RESOLUTION
of the

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, it is with regret and a feeling of loss to the Board that
we have accepted the resignation of Hugh R. Warder as Attorney for the County
of Eagle, he having served in that capacity first as acting County Attorney
during the period from July 26, 1971, to January 11, 1972, and from thence to
January 31, 1976, as appointed County Attorney; and subsequently has been
sworn in as a District Judge for the Fifth Judicial District on this 2nd day
of February 1976; and
WHEREAS, during his period of service and under his able guidance
much was accomplished in all phases of county government, and his ability as a
practicing attorney has been much appreciated in other in-county sub-political
governments as well as by many county residents; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of themselves and
others who have been privileged to work with him wish to commend Judge Warder for
this past service to Eagle County, other entities and individuals; and
WHEREAS, we wish him success and happiness in his new capacity and
future capacities
411/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board does acknowledge and
commend Judge Warder for his past sincere service rendered to Eagle County,
other local entities and individuals and do wish him much success and happiness
in his new and future capacities; and be it further resolved that we charge him
to be mindful of the fact that Eagle County is his home where he shall always
affectionately be known as "Hugh."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the original of this Resolution shall be
delivered to the recipient of our esteem and that a certified copy shall be pre-
served in the Eagle County archives.
