Design drawing dated September 24, 2015 as revised stamped, signed and dated November 9, 2015. System is designed to serve a three bedroom caretaker unit. System consists of a 1,000 gallon, two compartment, Valley Precast septic tank with effluent filter placed in the outlet tee and a 500 gallon Valley Precast dose chamber equipped with an Orenco PF 3005 effluent pump. The soil treatment area consists of 750 square feet of soil treatment area (prior to the 30% reduction for using chambers) via the installation of 36 ADS, ARC 36, pressure -dosed chambers arranged in three shallow trenches atop 3 feet of C-33 sand with 12 chambers in each trench. Contact the design engineer for details on installing the three way pressure distribution manifold to assure proper drain back to the pump after sending a dose to the soil treatment area. All weep holes drilled in the distribution pipes facing down must have scour protection underneath them to prevent sand scouring. Do not install in wet or frozen ground.
