RESOLUTION NO. @S.-___70
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE FROM
THE CONTINGENCY FUND FOR THE PAYMENT Or
UNANTICIPATED CONTINGENCIES
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter the Koard"), is
involved in the following lawsuit in fiscal year 1982:

WHEREAS, on May 14, 1988, the Board was notified of a
re-bill regarding deposition of Robert V Taylor in the abov-
mentioned lawsuit in the amount of one Hundran Fifty Three
Dollars (8153.00) ; and
WHEREAS, on April 12

WHEREAS, the Board has determined that payment of
Professional services of the aforementioned lawsuit require the
expenditure of funds from the county's Contingency Fund TO cover
such unanticipated expenses; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds, deternin•s and declares that
such expenditures could not have been reasonably foreseen and
have unduly burdened the budgets of the Board of County Commis-
sioners and the Attorney's office to the extent that with other
anticipated expenditures it is not possible for said budgets to
absorb the costs of the aforementioned unforeseen expenditures;
and
WHEREAS. the Board

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes the expenditure in
the amount of Eight Thousand one Hundred Siyty-eight and 01/100
dollars (SS,i68.9!) from the Councy's Contingency Fund for the
payment of the ampenses SPEcified heroin.
THAT, pursuant to Section 29-1-114,
107 respectively, C.R.S., this Resolution, as

is hereby requested ant directed to immediately transmit an

THAT, the Eagle County Administrative Serv!Ceg Director
is hereby further requested and directed to file an original or
certified copy of this Resolution with the Division of Local
Governments in the Department of Local Affairs.
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public
health, safety, and welfare of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
