Installation Parcel .A., Chambers Ranch, Pad of Tract 65D, T4s, R84W of the 6th P.M. 1305 Wapiti Road Eagle County, Colorado Project No. 9632 - Permit No. 1613 Dear Myron & Julie: At the request of Gary Defina, your Installer, on November 14,1996, we visited the construction site at 1305 Wapiti Road in Eagle County, Colorado. The purpose of our site visits was to observe the installation of the septic system. The system was installed in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 9632SI).DWG, dated June 3,1996, and notes on the Building Permit, dated June 28, 1996. The system was connected to the maim residence. They installed 1000-gallon, two compartments, plastic septic tank. Sewer cleanout was installed 2 feet west finm the west building side. Twelve Standard Infiltrator Chambers were installed it two trenches, with serial distribution. In the last infiltrator of each trench, cleanout ports were installed. Horizontal distance from center to center of the trenches, was 9 feet or more. All piping was SDR-35, 4-inch pvc. The soil profile in the trenches was consistent with the soil exposed in the profile hole. Minimma distance of 50 feet fi the irrigation ditch to the closest corner of the lower trmch was maintained. 1f you have any question, please do not hesitate to cell. The building sewer line from the house to the septic tank shall have a slope between 118 and 114 inch per foot. Bends in the building sewer shall be limited to 45 degrees. Q_ 2. The septic tank shall be installed level. The tank shall have removable covers or manholes to within 8 inches of the finished grade, for inspection and cleaning. [� V E- },, W J.
