and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both

Dear Ms. Kunkel:
All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are
done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations,
Section 10, Sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County
Commissioners, September 20, 1982.
An onsite inspection of the sewage disposal system on.April
11, 1986 revealed that the system appears to be functioning properly
with no apparent problems. This system was permitted and approved
on December 3, 1980 under ISDS Permit #452.
Potable,- water is supplied by a private well. A sample
will be taken on April 11, 1986 and sent to Upper Eagle Valley
Sanitation District for testing.
Enclosed is an invoice in the amount of $25.00, the fee for
this loan inspection.
