This system was permitted and approved on December 3, 1980 under ISDS Permit #452. Potable,- water is supplied by a private well. A sample will be taken on April 11, 1986 and sent to Upper Eagle Valley Sanitation District for testing. Enclosed is an invoice in the amount of $25.00, the fee for this loan inspection.
