On the application I had written in Hobbs Excavating as the licensed installer. At this time I'm getting a bid for my work to be done by John Logan (logan Craig, Inca license #0895. If a permit needs to issued this would be the person to do so. If weather permits can I do the septic tank and leach field installation in 1995.
