2. THIS PERMIT IS VAL.D ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. CONNECTION
TO OR USE WITH AN Y DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF A
REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMIT AND CAUSE FOR BOTH LEGAL ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PERMIT.

RE: Issuance of Individual Sewage Disposal System
Permit No. 1491-95 Tax Parcel #2111-101-00-002
Property Location: 1240 Cooley Mesa Rd., Gypsum,
CO.
Enclosed is your ISDS Permit No.'1491-95.It is valid for 120
days. The enclosed copy of the permit must be posted at the
installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications
invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. Please call
our office well in advance for the final inspection.
Systems designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be
certified by the Engineer indicating that the system was
installed as specified. Eagle County does not perform final
inspections on engineer designed systems. Engineer as builts must
be submitted for permit to be finalized and C.O. issued.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should
be brought to the property owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County
requirements.

above referenced property. This particular ISDS has not yet been
Permitted for-alteration/construction.
4.03.29, Eagle County Land Use Regulations states: "Any y person who
commits any of the following acts or violates any of the provisions
of this Article commits a Class I. Petty Offense as defined in
Section 18-1-107, C.R.S. 1973 as amended:
I. Constructs, alters, installs, or permits the use of any
individual sewage disposal system without first having applied for
and received a permit as provided in these. Regulations.
2. Constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage
disposal system in a manner which involves a knowing and material
variation from the terms or specifications contained in the
application or permit....,,
Consider this your only warning. Any further violations will be
turned over to the attorneys office for civil and/or criminal
proceedings. If you have any questions, feel free to call me at

Inter -Mountain Engineering performed percolation tests during
the evening of August 21 1995 for the proposed aboarption field for
the proposed residence. The results of the percolation tests Are
attached. The soils were olassaified in the field by visual and
textural methods and ware classified as being a dry to sump, light
brown, slightly clatyoy to clayey, very silty, SAND.
The percolation toot holes had been dug to ra depth of
&proximately 33 to 34 inch** and were filled with water and allowed
to soak 14 hours prior our arrival to perform the test, we
recommend averaging the results of the individual tests. w
determined that an average of the test results is approxima�tsl 36
minutes/inch.
