2. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. CONNECTION
TO OR USE WITH ANY DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF A
REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMIT AND CAUSE FOR BOTH LEGAL ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PERMIT.
3. CHAPTER IV, SECTION 4.03.29 REQUIRES ANY PERSON WHO CONSTRUCTS, ALTERS OR INSTALLS AN INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO BE LICENSED.

All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle
County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, B(6), adopted by the
Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23,
1992.
The tax parcel number for lot 13, Coulter Creek Ranch, is 2189-223-
01-007. A review of Eagle County records indicates that the
original ISDS system was finalled on 8/19/94, under Permit Number
1396. The system consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank, and a 600
square foot leach field. This system is adequate to accommodate up
to 3 bedrooms.
The water supply to this residence is from a private well, and
should be monitored by the individual home owners.
Due to the recent snow and cold weather, a site visit at this time
would not provide any further knowledge of the condition of this
system. We do not have any reason to believe that this system is
not functioning properly.
