COLORADO S 1631 FAX (303) 32S-7207 RE: Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS), and water well inspection for property located at: 38 McCoy Road, McCoy, CO. Tax parcel #1689-061-00-008. All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, B(6), adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985, amended June 23, 1992. A review of Eagle County records indicates that the septic system serving this dwelling pre -dates any Eagle County permitting. This is considered a pre-existing, non -conforming system which, upon failure, would need to be modified to meet current Eagle County standards. On October 13, 1993, this department conducted a site inspection of the above referenced property. The inspection was requested by you for the purpose of evaluating'the existing condition of the on -site ISDS and water well. The site visit conducted revealed no visible sign of ISDS failure. Obviously, this does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of the system. The water supply to this residence is from a private well. The well appears to be properly constructed. Water quality information on the well is the responsibility of the buyer or seller, as the County does not provide this service.
