Box 1279 Avon, CO 81620 13�z %3 Re: Septic System Installation Inspection Hoyt Residence Lot 3, Eagle Pines subdivision Eagle County, Colorado Project No. 94261rr Dear Brad: At the request of Rick, the installer, on May 10, 1994, we visited the construction site on Lot 3, Eagle Pines Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado for an inspection of the Septic System Installation. The bottoms of all four trenches were into light brown, sandy SILT. Twenty eight Infiltrator Trenches, six in each trench, were installed. The septic tank was a 1,000 gallon concrete tank, with two compartments. The Infiltrators were connected to the septic tank with a 4 ,inch PVC pipe, with 4-inch PVC sections teed off to the side of,the first Infiltrator in each row. There was also a clean --out port installed in the last Infiltrator in each row, as shown on the septic Plan Drawing, dated October 25, 1993, Project No. 93715G.
