Box 2187 Edwards, CO 81632 RE: Inspection of Septic System Installation Parcel 1, Chambers Rural Homesites 808 Fairgrounds Road Eagle County, Colorado Project No. 12069 Project No. 12012 - OWTS-12-12-8470 Dear Claude: At the request of Buz Reynolds, April 6, 2013, we visited the construction site for the proposed Distillery on Parcel 1, Chambers Rural Homesites, 808 Fairgrounds Road, Eagle County, Colorado. The purpose of our site visit was to inspect the installation of the septic system for the proposed distillery operation. They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 12069Civil.DWG, dated December 4, 2012, and as shown on the attached as-built sketch. They installed a 3,500gallon, two-compartment concrete vault, with a high water alarm system. The building sewer line for was 4-inch diameter, SDR35 PVC. One cleanout was constructed between the septic tank and the building, as shown on the attached as-built sketch. The high water alarm system was installed, but not tested.
