Any changes in plans or specifications invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. Please call our office well in advance for the final inspection. The final inspection is to be done before any portion of the installed system is covered. The deadline for the final inspections done by Eagle County Environmental Health is December 1. Systems designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be certified by the Engineer indicating that the system was installed as specified. Eagle County does not perform final inspections on engineer designed systems. Be aware that the,specifications on the permit are minimum requirements only. Installers should bring this to the attention of the property owner. This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle county requirements. Thanks for providing the original owner information (Ingeborg Krieger) as it made it easier to locate the records. I've included a couple of extra photos, the ISDS permit application, soil test data, a site plan, a copy of the original permit and an informational brochure on the maintenance of your private wastewater system. Also enclosed is the property record from the Assessor's Office and an aerial photo obtained from our web site www.eaglecounty.us The only item that might be of concern is the discrepancy in the number of bedrooms between the ISDS records and the Assessor's data base. The private wastewater system was designed to accommodate three bedrooms and the Assessor's record shows that the house has four bedrooms. Please understand that I'm merely pointing out a discrepancy in records and not asking you to take any action at this time. Please don't hesitate calling my office if you have any further questions.
