Box 850 COUNTY Eagle, CO 81631 cut 'aa£3svd DEVELOPMENT ///A% RE: Williams Sewage Disposal System OAF Dear Mr. Hosia, Enclosed for your review are the Construction Plans and Specifications for a proposed Individual Sewage Disposal System for Lot 1 of the Arlian Ranch Subdivision, which is owned by Cleve and Quent Williams. I conducted a site inspection and field percolation tests for this project on May 1, 1991. The results of the percolation tests indicated percolation rates of 10.1, 9.7 and 10.5 minutes per inch in the three holes tested. An observation pit excavated to a depth of 8 feet indicated that the on -site soils are sand, gravel and cobbles, typical of the Roaring Pork alluvial terrace. Groundwater was not evident in the pit. The proposed design calls for a sand filter soil absorption system. Impervious liners on the sidewalk of the system are not proposed because the system is to be constructed entirely below grade; this is not a mound system. While the percolation tests indicate that the native soil is suitable for a standard leachfield system, the sand filter is proposed to provide an additional margin of safety due to the coarse soil material and proximity of water supply wells. If you have any questions or comments, please give me a call. Sincerely, ENARTECH, INC. Peter Belau, P.E. PB/des cc: Cleve and Quent Williams P325-01(Hosia) 302 Eighth Street, Suite 325 P.O. Box 179 A01FIN&, Eagle, CO 81631 RE: Williams Sewage Disposal System Dear Ray, This letter is to certify that the Individual Sewage Disposal System for Quent and Cleve Williams' property (Lot 1, Arlian Ranch Subdivision near El Jebel) has been constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Enartech, Inc. and approved by Eagle County. I inspected the construction on June 3, 1991. The locations of the facilities are somewhat different than shown on the original Site Plan; the actual locations are shown on the enclosed "As -Built" Plan. As we discussed, the sewage disposal system encroaches into the 10-foot setback from the front property line. If you have any questions or require additional information, please give me a call.
