Enclosed is your ISDS Permit No. 1141 valid for 120 days.
The enclosed copy of the permit must be posted at the
installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications
invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. Please call
our office well in advance for the final inspection. The final
inspection is to be done before any portion of the installed
system is covered. The deadline for final inspections done by
Eagle County Environmental Health is December 1. Systems
designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be certified
by the Engineer indicating that the system was installed as
specified. Eagle County does not perform final inspections on
engii:eer designed systems.
Be aware that the specifications on the permit are minimum
requirements only. Installers should bring this to the attention
of the property owner.

On April 6, 1992, High Country Engineering, Inc. personnel
conducted a percolation test on Lot 26, Oak Ridge III, Aspen
Mountain View Subdivision, Filing 3.
The soil profile was as follows:
0-1 ft. black, clayey topsoil
1-4 ft. light brown clayey sandy silt with cobbles
4-8 ft. hard white silty formation
The average percolation rate was approximately 40 minutes per inch,
but we recommended a design rate of 45 minutes per inch.
On April 22, 1992, HCE personnel observed the visible construction
of the individual sewage disposal system at the Stevenson
residence. The construction appeared to be in conformance with the
intent of the design.

DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH
SPECIFIC DETAILS AS ARE REFERRED TO IN THE ABOVE -MENTIONED
REGULATIONS.
2. SEE ACCOMPANYING CALCULATIONS FOR FIELD SIZING.
3. CLEANOUTS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL BENDS AND AT LEAST EVERY 100
FEET ALONG THE HOUSE SEVER. MINIMUM SLOPE IS 1/4' PER FOOT.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING ALL
