It has been brought to our attention that several constructional.
problems exist at the home built by you at 0265 Fawn Drive, (Lot
11, Red Table Acres filing 2). The paramount concern is with the
septic system which you installed on 11/30/88 that is now
failing. Further investigation into this matter revealed that
the septic system was sized according to the information on the
individual sewage disposal application #EJ-115 which indicated a
three bedroom house. In fact, a four bedroom house was built
_ without the appropriate changes made to the septic system. These
changes were also not indicated on the drawings which were
originally submitted to the County. By not submitting a revision
to your original permit drawings and by indicating on your ISDS
permit that only 3 bedrooms existed, you have installed a system
which is inadequate for the residence.as built, thus probably
causing its failure. A repair permit will be necessary to make
the appropriate changes to the system. A fee for this repair
permit will not be required. According to our calculations, an
additional 300 square feet of absortion area needs to be
installed. _
The County building department has identified the following
corrections:
1) The support beam for the deck is extremely inadequate and
needs to be modified to the specifications indicated by Mike
Whitaker in the discussion you had previously.
2) The drainage in front of the garage is also inadequate as
water puddles and does not properly drain off the driveway.

RE: Water Supply and sewage disposal inspection for property located
at: 0265 Fawn Drive, Lot 11, Filing 2, Red Table Acres
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the Eagle
County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, A (7), adopted by the Eagle
County Commissioners on October 8, 1985.
On December 30, 1988, this department conducted a site inspection of
the above referenced property. The inspection was requested by you for
the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site waste-
water disposal and water supply system.
A review of the County records indicates that the sewage disposal
system was permitted under Permit Number 877, inspected and approved in
accordance with County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations. A visual
inspection of the ground surface indicated that the sewage disposal
system was apparently functioning satisfactorily at the time of inspection.
The water supply to this residence is from Red Table Acres, a comm-
unity water system. The community water system is inspected on a regular
basis by the Colorado Department of Health and complies with current
drinking water standards. A recent water sample result is included for
your review.
If you have any further questions concerning this inspection, please
call or write.

RE: Water supply and sewage disposal inspection for property
located at:
0265 Fawn Drive, Lot 11 Red Table Acres E1 Jebel Colorado
Dear Ms. Cooper:
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the
Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.08.03, B(7), adopted
by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985.
On May 21, 1991 this department conducted a site inspection of
the above referenced property. -The-inspection was requested for
the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site
wastewater disposal and water supply systems.
A review of the County records indicates that in November of 1988
and August of 1990, the sewage disposal system was permitted
under Permit Numbers 877 and 983, inspected and approved in
accordance with Eagle County Individual Sewage Disposal System -
Regulations. The system consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank
and 1245 total square feet of absorption area. A visual
inspection of the ground surface indicated that the system is
apparently functioning satisfactorily at the time. This,
however, does not guarantee the continued satisfactory
performance of the system.
The water supply to this property is from Red Table Acres, a
community water system. The community water system is inspected
h
on a regular basis by the Colorado Department of Health, Water
Quality Control Division and to the best of our knowledge
complies with current drinking water standards.
If you have any questions concerning this inspection, please call
me at (303) 328-8730.
