An on -site inspection on Monday, February 1, 1984 of the above referenced property revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original individual sewage disposal system permit #125 was approved in Septemberlof 1976 in accordance with applicable County and State regulations concerning such installations. This department recommends that the septic tank be pumped every three or four years. Potable water is supplied by the community water supply (Town of Eagle).
