An one -site inspection on Wednesday, August 1, 1984 of the above referenced property revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original individual sewage disposal system, Permit #651 was approved May 26, 1984 in accordance with applicable County and State regulations concerning such installations. This department recommends that the septic tank be pumped every three or four years. Potable water is supplied by the community water supply(Aspen Mesa Estates Water District). This water supply is inspected annually and tested by the Colorado Department of Health on a routine basis. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact our office.
