Box 1166 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 RE: LOAN INSPECTION - Lot 7, Aspen Mountain View Dear Charlene: All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations, Section 10, sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners, September 20, 1982. An onsite inspection on Wednesday, May 8, 1985 of the above referenced property revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The individual sewage disposal system, Permit #646 was approved on November 10, 1983 in accordance with applicable County and State regulations concerning such installations at that time. This department recommendsthat the septic tank be pumped every three or four years. Potable water is supplied by the Aspen Mountain View Subdivision and was sampled on May 13, 1985. Results of that sampling are attached and indicate compliance with minimum drinking water stan- dards. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact our office.
