Box 205 El Jebel, Colorado 81628 Re: Water & Sewer Inspection for Loan on Property Located on Lot 4 - Peachblow II (&_ Road) All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations, Section 10, sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County commissioners, September 20, 1982. An on -site inspection on Thursday, May 17, 1984 of the above referenced property, revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original individual sewage disposal system, Permit # Q9 was approved in August of 1983 in accordance with applicable County and State regulations concerning such installation. A bacteriological water sample was taken at the same time and has been sent to the Snowmass Laboratory in Aspen. The results should be available from this office in about a week.
