1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage
Disposal System Regulations, adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104,
C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied
with County zoning and building requirements. Connection to or use with any
dwelling or structure not approved by the building and zoning departments shall
automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.21 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an
individual sewage disposal system to be licensed according to the Regulations.

A special meeting of the board was called to consider the request
of Larry and Marta Hess, owners of Lot #4 for a leach field easement
into the common area to the west of the lot. A quarum being present in
the persons of 011ie Fields, William Burton and Alfred W. Gardner it was
RESOLVED:
That an easement would be granted for leach field purposes said
easement to extend up to 25 feet to the west of said Lot #4.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
2:30 p.m.

Re: Water & Sewer Inspection for Loan on Property
Located on Lot 4 - Peachblow II (&_ Road)
All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done
under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations,
Section 10, sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County
commissioners, September 20, 1982.
An on -site inspection on Thursday, May 17, 1984 of the above
referenced property, revealed that the septic system appears to
be functioning properly with no apparent problems. The original
individual sewage disposal system, Permit # Q9 was approved in
August of 1983 in accordance with applicable County and State
regulations concerning such installation.
A bacteriological water sample was taken at the same time and has
been sent to the Snowmass Laboratory in Aspen. The results should
be available from this office in about a week.
This office recommends that the septic tank be pumped every three
to four years.
If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please
give me a call.

As per our telephone conversation of Wednesday, February 2, 1983 I am enclosing copies
of the percolation test taken on May 18, 1981, the original permit application and
engineering design for property located on Lot 4 - Peachblow #2.
The fee's for the above were paid on May 15, 1981. However, the percolation test fee
will be honored but as of this late date, the original permit application has expired and
the new owner would have to submit a new application permit with fee of $150.
