Based on the inspection and tests, the site is suitable for individual sewage disposal septic 'tank systems for single-family residences. Septic tank drain fields must be maintained a minimum of 100 ft. from all water supply systems, including wells. Potable water must be supplied to these lots from a source that meets the legal requirements of the State Division of Water Resources.
