An on -site inspection on Thursday, January 19, 1984 of the above referenced property revealed no apparent problems. The existing septic tank was inspected on August 26, 1982, approved and Permit No. 576 was issued. The drain field from the septic tank was installed by the.previous owner, without a final inspection or permit. This office cannot confirm the status or condition of the drain field except that it -appears to be working at this time. This department recommends that the septic tank be pumped every three or four years. The potable water is supplied by a local spring and should be sampled and sent to the laboratory of the Upper Eagle Valley Water and Sani- tation District. Please provide this office with a copy of the test results when available. If you have any questions, please contact our office. Sincerely, "S -,- Sidney N.
