Since this property is located along the Eagle River floodplain, it was initially determined that a floodplain permit would be required. However, prior to issuance of the building permit, a detailed floodplain study was done for the B & B Gravel Pit (see file #ZS-153-82). From the floodplain data on #ZS-153-82 file and from the onsite inspection of August 13, 1982, it is obvious that this residence, -garage and septic system is out of the 100 year.floodplain.
