You'll probably enjoy it more when you can live here full-time. As we talked about, when you stopped by the office on July 8, our office needs a site plan showing the information requested on the enclosed sheet. You all advised then that you would mail to us the site plan with the permit fee of $75. The individual sewage disposal system minimum requirements are: a minimum 750 gallon septic tank with a minimum of 600 sq. ft. of leach field. The leach field is to be composed of two (2) trenches @ 300 sq. ft. per trench. Each trench will measure 50' long x 3' wide x 3' deep. These sizes are recommended by Sid Fox, Assistant Environmental Health Officer, who performed the percolation testing and site inspection for your property at Lot 10, Windward Ranch Subdivision on July 13. After we receive the site plan and fee, we will route your permit application to the Building and Planning Departments, then issue your Individual Sewage Disposal System permit.
