1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage
Disposal System Regulations, adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104,
C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied
with County zoning and building requirements. Connection to or use with any
dwelling or structure not approved by the building and zoning departments shall
automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.21 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an
individual sewage disposal system to be licensed according to the Regulations.
FINAL APPROVAL OF SYSTEM: No system shall be deemed to be in compliance with the Eagle
County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations until the installed system is
approved prior to covering any part.

Re: Individual Sewage Disposal System inspection on the
Barnes' property located approximately 3.5 miles
north on Eby Creek Road.
An on -site inspection of the above referenced property revealed
that the Individual Sewage Disposal System, although not under
normal load, is operating properly.
The Individual Sewage Disposal System was permitted and installed
in accordance with the "Eagle County Individual Sewage Disposal
System Regulations" and final approval was granted by this office
on May 17, 1982. A complete record for this system is on file in
this office under Permit Number 560.
If you need more information or further assistance, do not hesitate

RE: Loan Inspection for property located on Eby Creek Road
Dear Mr. Barnes,
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the
Eagle County Building Resolution, Section 3.09.03, A(7), adopted
by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985.
An on site inspection of the sewage disposal system on
November 18, 1986 revealed that the septic system appears to be
functioning properly. This individual sewage disposal system was
permitted and installed in accordance with State and County regula-
tions. Final approval for individual sewage disposal permit number
560 was granted on May 17, 1982.
Should you have any questions concerning this inspection,
please do not hesitate to contact this office.

Dear Mr. Barnes:
All loan inspections are completed under the authority of the
Eagle County Building Resolution., Section 3.08.03, B(7), adopted
by the Eagle County Commissioners on October 8, 1985.
On July 2, 1991, this department conducted a site inspection of
the above referenced property. The inspection was requested for
the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site
wastewater disposal and water supply systems.
A review of the County records indicates that:
In May of 1982, the sewage disposal system was permitted under
Permit Number 560, inspected and approved in accordance with
Eagle County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations. The
System consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 600 square feet
of absorption area. A visual inspection of the ground surface
indicated that the system is apparently functioning .
satisfactorily at the time. This , however, does not guarantee
the continued satisfactory performance of the system.

The water supply to this property is a private well. An
inspection of this source revealed that it was properly
constructed and located. The water is to be sampled by the
property owner and sent to a State Certified Laboratory for
bacteriological analysis. A report of this test should be
provided by the property owner.

h Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the regulations promulgated by the Eagle County
Department of Environmental Health, we conducted a percolation test
on the subject property on April 23, 1982. The results of the test
were as follows:

The soil profile consisted of effectively no topsoil over red,
b nearly clean, fine sand, loosely -packed, mixed with cobbles varying
from six inches to four feet in diameter. Solid rock lies anywhere
from four to ten feet below the surface.

v This particular sight is approximately one hundred fifty feet from
.� Eby Creek. The bedrock depth increases as one approaches the creek.
Based on our observations, we recommend a standard septic. system
Z be designed for a percolation rate of five minutes per inch. Although
the creek is fairly close, we feel the subsoils will adequately filter
w the effluent, particularly with the presence of two road fills.
