An on -site inspection of the sewage disposal system on May 15, 19-87 revealed.that the septic system appears to be functioning properly. This individual sewage disposal system was permitted and installed in accordance with State and County Regulations. You will need to call us when you are ready for the Percolation . Test. In preparation for this test, you will have to dig three (3) holes in the area of the proposed drainage field. These three (3) holes should be at least ten (10) feet a part, be six (6) inches to a foot in diameter and be two (2) feet deep. The holes should be pre-soaked with water 24 hours the day before we do the test. The purpose of this test is to determine the rate of water absorption into the ground for sizing the septic drain field. Please notify this office the day before you want this test done so we can schedule our time accordingly, telephone 328-7311, extension 238, or call our toll free number, 927-3823. Time is of the essence hereof. If any note or check received as earnest money hereunder or any other payment due hereunder is not paid, honored or tendered when due, or if any other obligation hereunder is not performed as herein provided, there shall be the following remedies: (a) IF PURCHASER IS IN DEFAULT, then all payments and things of value received hereunder shall be forfeited by Purchaser and retained on behalf of Seller and both parties shall thereafter be released from all obligations hereunder. It is agreed that such payments and things of value are LIQUIDATED DAMAGES and (except as provided in subparagraph (0) are the SELLER'S SOLE AND ONLY REMEDY for the Purchaser's failure to perform the obligations of this contract.
