According to Mr. Colby a bed w/ approx 320" of 10" SB2 was installed. Based on the perc of 21 MPI & using SB2 in a bed, 180' of 10" SB2 would be necessary. If what Mr. Colby said is correct this system is oversized. According to ISDS regs this is actually a non -conforming system. At this point it is probably not worth having the system dug up for verification. In the event of a loan inspection it will be difficult to state what is in the ground. The tank is still the existing 1250 tank. This fee is authorized by Eagle County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations adopted and effective March 27, 1980. For minor repairs of less than $100 for maintenance of the individual sewage disposal system, no fee shall be required. A percolation test fee of $50 shall be charged for all new leach fields on repair permits. Percolation testing may be waived at the -discretion of the Environmental Health Officer on certain repair cases where prompt action must be taken to prevent &..Deal th hazard.
