An on -site inspection of the sewage disposal system on July 11, 1986 revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly. This individual sewage disposal system was permitted and installed in accordance with State and County Regulations. Final approval for individual sewage disposal permit number 475 was granted on January 5, 1981. Water is supplied by. the Aspen Mesa Estates Homeowners Association. Aspen Mesa Estates is served by a community water supply, which is inspected annually and sampled twice monthly. Recent test results indicate that the water meets safe drinking water standards.
