* CONDITIONS:
1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations,
adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, CRS 1973 amended 25-1-614, CRS 1973
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and
building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building
and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal
system in a manner which involves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications con-
tained in the application of permit commits a Class I, Petty Offense ($500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or
both.

Dear Mr. Daley:
Mike Whitaker, Eagle County Building Inspector, informed me
late last week that the excavation for the leachfield on
Lot 5, Draeger Subdivision, may be too close to the irrigation
ditch on the north side of the lot.
I have been unable to reach either you or Ed Draeger to discuss
this matter. Please note that the permit condition requires
the absorption area to be at least 25 feet from the irrigation
ditch.

AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
OF DRAEGER SUBDIVISION
The undersigned declarants, being the owners of eighty
percent of the real property described as Lots 1 through 5,
inclusive, Draeger Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado,
pursuant to Section 8.5 of the Declaration of Protective
Covenants of Draeger Subdivision recorded in Book 269 at
Page 474 of .the Eagle County records, hereby make and declare
.the following amendment to said Protective Covenants affecting
the lots constituting Draeger Subdivision:
6..10 Set -Back Restrictions. :shall be amended in its
entirety to read as follows.:
"6.10 Set -Back Restrictions. The South (rear) yard
set -back line shall be fifty feet from the property line to
the building wall; the side yard set -back line shall be
twenty feet from the property line to the building wall; and
the North (front) yard set -back line shall be eighty feet
from the property line to .the building wall, except for Lot
5, on which lot the North (front) yard set -back line 'shall
be thirty-five feet from the property line to .the building
wall.
In all other respects and aspects, said Declaration of
Protective Covenants of Draeger Subdivision shall remain in
full force and effect.
