Box 1032 Vail, CO 81658 RE: Loan Inspection for property located at 4475 Bellyache Ridge Road - Bellyache Ridge Subdivision, Lot 13, Filing 1 Dear Mr. Kern: All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations, Section 10, Sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners, September 20, 1982. An onsite inspection of the sewage system on March.21, 1986 revealed that the system is functioning properly with no apparent problems. This system was installed and approved under ISDS Permit #394 on December 10, 1979. It is suggested that individual sewage disposal systems be pumped every three to four years. Water is supplied by Bellyache Ridge Community Water Supply. Enclosed is an invoice in the amount of $25.00, the fee for this loan inspection.
