On April 27, 1988, this department conducted a site inspection of the above referenced property. The inspection was requested by you for the purpose of evaluating the existing condition of the on -site wastewater disposal system. A review of the County records indicates that the sewage disposal system was permitted under Permit Number 391, inspected and approved in accordance with County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations. A visual inspection of the ground surface indicated that the sewage disposal system was apparently functioning satisfactorily at the time of inspection.
