1. All .installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations,
adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, CRS 1973 amended 25-1-614, CRS 1973
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and
building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures _not approved by the building
and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the;'permit and cause for both
legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal
system in a manner which involves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications con-
tained in the application of permit commits a Class I, Petty Offense '(W0.00 fine - 6 months in jail or

all hal-int- slopes of 3 to 12 percent.
T;;,f,ically the surface layer is black loam about 8 inches thick. The
subsur"P,cc is dark b row, loam to sand, loam about 20 inches thick. The
substratum is gravolly and oobbly sandy loam to loamy sand that extends below
Go inches. This is the "average" profile. Surface and subsurface textures
and soil depths do vary. An organic surface mat may also be present.
Pormeability is moderately rapid. Effective rootinP depth is 15 to 25
inches. Available water capacity is 0.12 to 0.17 in./in. orpaiic matter
content in tht: surface layer is high. Surface runoff is slow and erosion
hazard is slight.
Thes^ soils are used for p-stureland and some hayland. They havo a
