I called Mr. Little on September 12 to remind him to cover the installed system with paper or straw before backfilling. s Aspen Mesa Estates is served by a community water supply system which is inspected annually and tested twice monthly by the Colorado Department of Health. As you requested that it not be necessary that we take a water sample for bacteriological water testing, you may check with that department for full results of the water supply system. An onsite inspection of the sewage disposal system on October 16, 1986 revealed that the system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent problems. This septic system was permitted and finalized under Permit 376. Potable water is supplied by the Aspen Mesa Estates Homeowners Association, a community water system, inspected and sampled on a regular basis. Enclosed is an invoice in the amount of $25.00, the fee for this loan inspection. If you have any questions concerning this inspection, please contact this office.
